Hi,

I have found a possible reason of my problem in the noc's logfile
(merlin/logs/neb.log):

[1277918536] 4: Ignoring unrecognized/unhandled callback type: 28
(CONTACT_NOTIFICATION_METHOD_DATA)
[1277918536] 4: Ignoring unrecognized/unhandled callback type: 28
(CONTACT_NOTIFICATION_METHOD_DATA)
[1277918536] 4: Ignoring unrecognized/unhandled callback type: 28
(CONTACT_NOTIFICATION_METHOD_DATA)

What do you think about it? It's not implemented yet in merlin or it's a bug?
Many thanks for any advice!

Regards,
Lew
