[op5-users] Merlin and libdbi

Hey there,

some time ago I replaced NDOutils by Merlin 0.6.4 (now 0.6.6) on a SLES10 SP1 and thought it would be working. NagVis is not used yet so nobody realised that the data is not refreshed. The database contains just the inital imported data. The Merlin log file is constantly filled with "Failed to initialize any libdbi drivers" and hast reached as size of 2GB. 

I followed the installation instructions on this site for SLES10 and everything seems to work fine.

nagios# rpm -qa | grep 'libdbi'
libdbi-devel-0.8.3-5.1
libdbi0-0.8.3-5.1
libdbi-drivers-dbd-mysql-0.8.3-2.1

nagios# cat daemon.log
[...]
Merlin daemon v0.6.5-beta successfully initialized
[...]
The Brokermodule works also perfectly.

How can I find out where the "dbi initialisation error" problem lays?
