Do I rily need GUI, how I understands this, its merged into ninja?

I don't remember perfectly but i put everything in /etc/nagios/addons/reports/gui and /etc/nagios/addons/reports/module.
Compiled the module and inserted in nagios 

broker_module=/etc/nagios/addons/reports/module/ndbneb.so /etc/nagios/addons/reports/module/db.conf

Configured /etc/nagios/addons/reports/module/db.conf

Imported db structure from /etc/nagios/addons/ninja/install_scripts/reports.sql and updated with /etc/nagios/addons/reports/gui/sla/sla_v4_to_v5.sql (the others updates seems to be already in the reports.sql).

With the latest git i think i did nothing more.
