[op5-users] Updated version of check_esx3.php (pnp4nagios template)

Hi Mirza,
The one for check_esx3 are free to use, since we have released check_esx3.pl
under GPL

Other than that, we mostly use the default template for pnp4nagios and those
shipped with it.
