Hello,

So, i've done more fiddling, and i have a question...

I have 2 VM's running merlin and nagios, vm1 is the noc and vm2 is the  
poller. What I'm not sure of, is how to verify that the poller is  
performing the check and not the NOC.

I have a service check (check_tcp) defined in the NOC to check the  
port availability of vnc on another host. the host is in a hostgroup,  
and merlin is configured (as per the readme) to use that hostgroup for  
the poller.

but when i look at the VNC logs, I see the check coming from the NOC  
and not the poller.

So.. a little lost on where to go from here. Any thoughts?
