[op5-users] Little patch to install-merlin.sh

Hi 

as said in an earlier email, here is a little patch to install-merlin.sh 
(from the master tag in git) that add the following things : 

* new option --db-host to specify the host on which the MySQM server is 
running
* prompt the user to enter the MySQL administrator login and password
* create the database, grant the user privileges and flush them 
as the mysql administrator login
* upgrade the database as the user specified by the --db-user option 

I have test it successfully with the following command :

./install-merlin.sh --install=db --db-type=mysql --db-user=merlintest 
--db-pass=test --db-name=merlintest --db-host=eqd-nagios-sql
