We recently made some changes to what each user should see in Ninja to have 
things working as in the Nagios CGI:s. Not in the db design but rather in the 
ninja models.
If you have access to the hosts in Nagios but still don't see them in Ninja 
you might start by checking that merlin is really running. Restarting merlin 
will usually solve this.

If this doesn't solve your problem you will have to check the contents of 
merlin.host and merlin.service to verify that the data is available to Ninja.
