Nacoma isn't yet fully integrated into ninja. In order to be able to
access and use Nacoma without getting the above error, you need to
setup a cgi.cfg file for Nagios with a nagios administrator and then
setup basic authentication with apache. When you want to configure
Nagios using Nacoma, you'll get a second login-screen where you should
log in using the credentials you specified in your htpasswd file.
Note that the username in the htpasswd file must match the name you
specify as admin for everything in cgi.cfg.
