[op5-users] merlin troubleshooting

as an update...

spent some more time trying to figure out why merlin isn't working for  
me. lots of rollbacks to find one that works...

i finally rolled back the node and the noc to 6.2b4, and merlin is  
working again...

... a few hours later...

determined that the issue is with merlin sending data. few versions  
older than 6.2b4 work, i think when i tried b10 it wasn't. so, on my  
poller i have 6.2b4, and on the noc i'm running latest. running latest  
on the poller just doesn't work.
