[op5-users] Monitoring your Exchange 2007 with nagios?

Does anyone here have a successful setup that they use to monitor an Exchange 2007 environment? What I am looking at is to get information on queues, etc.. I cannot seem to find decent information on Google for this, I have NSClient++ installed on the exchange box, but only checking services/mem/disk and would like to expand on this.

I have posted the same question in nagios-users, but I wanted to ask here in case anyone has a setup? What are you using and how? Any examples?
