BTW where did you get Geomap?
SWF files are not available in the mainstream nagvis git repo.
And op5's nagvis repo is not available at http://git.op5.org/git/
So I suppose you have installed monitor-nagvis package,
thus I assume you have op5 Monitor installed,
thus you shouldn't have had any issues with installation. :-/
