[op5-users] Can't install merlin on ubuntu

Hi Dion,

./install-merlin.sh: 302: [[: not found

Looks like a problem with /bin/sh on Ubuntu actually being /bin/dash not 
/bin/bash

So edit the install script to use /bin/bash

as for

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using
password: NO)

looks like you have a set a root password for your Mysql database. 
Debian/ubuntu have a mechanism for setting up database apps that come as 
.debs could be worth looking into that if you have time. Otherwise go 
insecure/hack!
