The web config tool is called Nacoma and is a separate project. You can
check it out from git. Search for it on the list and you'll find a few
brave souls who have gotten it to work in it's current form. :)

Nacoma keeps the configuration in a database, but when you commit the
configuration it gets written to the normal Nagios config files. If you
then edit the config files, you can do an "undo" in Nacoma which imports
the changes from the config files into the database.
