[op5-users] using Nagvis with Merlin

Hi All

 

Today I've been setting up Nagvis on my test machine (this runs Nagios 3.06,
Ninja and Merlin) and during the install I noticed you could link it up to
the Merlin database, so I wanted to find out if that meant I could do away
with NDOUtils and just use Merlin as the event broker? At the moment I have
2 entries for event broker (one for Merlin and one for NDO Utils) in my
nagios.cfg and I'm not sure if this is ok

 

If so does anyone have and hints on getting Nagvis to run without it's
default backend (ndomy_1) as I'm getting real problems with it
