Nice to see that people are trying it out :)
We have been doing a lot of fixing in Ninja today, and I have been
testing all day long so I might have some ideas

Make sure that you have the absolute latest Ninja and merlin version
from git.op5.org, lot's of commits has been made today.

I'm not totally sure about this but try to add monitor to the
authorized_for_* variables in cgi.cfg and see what happens
